Building Market Share in Africa 

A Fortune 100 international IT firm wants to build its profile in Africa and the Middle East where large, donor-financed projects make up a significant portion of its target business. 

amGLOBAL staff helped it identify tens of millions of dollars in new procurement opportunities, developing qualified project leads, enabling the firm to begin work earlier in the project cycle and build bids that are more attractive to the Government and the Donors.   

Based on recommendations from amGLOBAL staff and with procurement support, the firm can use its sales force more efficiently, targeting the highest priority projects at the right time, and preparing competitive project bids.
