A large international energy firm wants to address a safety issue that affects its business and the communities in which it works around the world.
amGLOBAL staff helped it identify World Bank projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars in the sector, pinpointing Bank funds directed at the issue and arranging meetings with key Bank staff both in Washington and in the field.
amGLOBAL facilitated in-country discussions between the Bank, Government, key NGOs and the Client, creating a series of informal partnerships that will increase the sustainability and effectiveness of the firm’s investment and improve the relationship with Government.
More than $5M in additional resources were identified and can now be leveraged to work on joint projects and approaches.
